Director of Health Systems

Sunflower Foundation is seeking a smart, self-motivated, strategic individual to oversee development and implementation of our grantmaking strategies to optimize state and local health care delivery systems in public health, mental health, behavioral health and primary care. Responsibilities include researching and developing funding recommendations, managing grant-making processes, providing technical assistance to applicants and grantees, conducting site visits, designing group learning events, and developing strong relationships with partners,  stakeholders and other funders in health systems.
