Ryan Penry oversees the maintenance, safety, and daily operations of the Sunflower Nonprofit Center campus buildings and grounds and collaborates with foundation staff to ensure smooth facilities operations and a clean, secure, and efficient environment.
He has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of residential and commercial design-build construction, having worked most recently as a superintendent for Mohan Construction, Inc., of Topeka, and prior to that as a superintendent and project manager for Bob Florence Contractor, Inc., of Topeka.
He has considerable experience overseeing school and office building construction and renovation projects, including serving as superintendent of a project to remodel the third floor of the Sunflower Building at the Sunflower Nonprofit Center.
