Dana Thompson

Dana Thompson coordinates meetings and events held at the Sunflower Nonprofit Center. She handles all aspects of pre-event planning, onsite event management and logistical support, including audio-visual technology. Dana, who joined Sunflower Foundation in April 2024, also plays a lead role in developing and cultivating relationships with organizations and agencies that use the Nonprofit Center.

Prior to joining the foundation, Dana worked for 22 years as a project coordinator for KFMC Health Improvement Partners in Topeka, where she worked to ensure timely and effective project development and completion and assisted with planning regional and statewide events.

Dana has an Associate of Arts from Washburn University.
